Access to premises is subject to:

  • Business hours as specified in your agreement
  • Security protocols and key card requirements
  • Our right to access premises for maintenance and emergencies
  • Compliance with building security procedures

6.3 Maintenance and Repairs

We are responsible for:

  • General maintenance of common areas
  • Structural repairs and building systems
  • Routine cleaning of common areas

You are responsible for keeping your workspace clean and reporting any damages promptly.

7. Liability and Insurance

7.1 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the rental fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Loss of profits, data, or business interruption
  • Theft or damage to personal property
  • Services provided by third parties

7.2 Insurance Requirements

Customers must maintain appropriate insurance coverage, including:

  • General liability insurance

  • 90 days' notice for fixed-term agreements
  • Immediate termination for virtual office services

8.2 Termination by Company

We may terminate your service immediately for:

  • Non-payment of fees
  • Violation of these Terms or rental agreement
  • Illegal activities on the premises
  • Behavior that disrupts other tenants

8.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination:

  • You must vacate the premises immediately
  • All access rights are revoked
  • Outstanding fees become immediately due
  • Security deposits may be applied to damages or unpaid fees

9. Intellectual Property

Our website, logos, trademarks, and content are our intellectual property. You may not:

  • Copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission
  • Use our trademarks or logos without authorization
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to access our systems
  • Create derivative works based on our content

10. Privacy and Data Protection
